What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is not currently in stock. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your unit in advance to ensure availability once inventory arrives.

Processing & Shipping Times
Pre-order wigs are typically shipped within 4 weeks unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Estimated shipping dates will be displayed on the product page.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Payment

Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-order.


For select items, we may offer a deposit option. If available, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled once placed, as each unit is reserved or made specifically for you.

If you need to make changes to your order (such as cap size or length), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your pre-order.

In the rare event of a supplier delay or product unavailability, we will notify you immediately and provide the option of a refund or store credit.
